This app was so bad I closed my account with this bank

The app keeps telling me the session has expired immediately after signing in. I have to sign in over and over. Very frustrating. UPDATE: This problem has been resolved. The app is now working as expected.

I have had several accounts in three different states in the past few years. The banking apps have been good in some and not so good for others. This one is my favorite. It is fairly intuitive and easily managed. Some of the newer features are very helpful with seeing how you tend to use money. Helps with seeing all my accounts from all my financial institutions, even credit cards, in one place. It has all the features you need for setting up payments, transfers, even mobile deposits. You can put in travel notices on you debit card so you don’t get questioned when you use your card out of state. You can even turn your card off and on when you want to. With all the hackers and fraudsters out there today, it’s great to be able to track your account in real time, any time!

For the love of god hire someone that understands user experience. Who in their right mind decided “Hey, let’s take our incredibly bug laden, laggy app, and make it HARDER to read!” If I wasn’t locked into a mortgage with this bank, I’d be out in a heartbeat. It’s 2024. There is no excuse not to have an easy to read app that functions well. Get it together

The app always crashes. The technology at this bank is embarrassing!

The app doesn’t work and constantly crashes. Independent bank needs to seriously prioritize upgrading their technology.

Terrible. Frustrating. Not intuitive, too many glitches.
