## Ibcos Gold Service Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great App"
Really good app, does what it says, works very well had minimal issues, would highly recommend!
-- R J BEER, 2026-03-25

### ****- "Progress"
APP over the years has seen some good progress. Majority of the time is working well. Few issues with freezing/crashing but overall a good app.
-- DaveReviews1234, 2026-03-25

### ***** "New updated version very good"
Latest updates have really improved the stability and performance. New features too providing added benefits for all users and admin
-- Loveess, 2026-03-24

### ****- "Much improved"
Thank you for listening!
Being able to see 7 days previous and future work loading massively helps planning the week out and reduces wasted time by being able to load up ahead of time and source missing parts for jobs.
The larger serial number box works well and means I can keep the text size a more comfortable size to be able to read them.
Most bugs seem to be fixed and pictures load up to the servers much more reliably.

A couple requests would be if we could copy text from the job instructions where address, phone number, serial numbers are often typed. Then they can be pasted into other applications such as John Deere Operations Centre, phone call or GPS maps applications for navigating to customers.
On the warranty jobs for the faulty part numbers for this box to grow or allow multiple lines for when multiple parts have been used. Currently the text disappears off the screen.

Final bug is when writing up a job card the text disappears behind the keyboard and it’s not possible to bring it back into view without adding 15-20 blank lines below the text.
This bug started a couple of versions ago.

### ***-- "Crashes regularly"
Don’t get me wrong, the app is great when it works properly. But it’s forever crashing when trying to open it, and it can take 4 or 5 attempts to get the app to load and use it. Very annoying when your needing to clock off a job and clock onto a new job
-- N.CLl24, 2026-01-30

### *---- "Crashing"
App dose not open and continues to crash on the new update 3 days ago (iPhone 15)
-- Fendt728, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Really bad"
Soooo bad
-- Bendy burgess, 2024-12-06

### *---- "New update crashes"
Updated app and now won’t load! Unable to use app to log jobs or book on and off for work.
-- Tyronethebone, 2024-12-06

### *---- "iOS update"
Does not work with latest iOS 18 update, app freezes not allowing to clock on/off jobs , been like this for nearly 2 months now , if I could give it 0 stars I would
-- GBRKID, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Green"
Absolutely awful app

Takes longer with the app than writing a job using paper/ should be able to write jobs up in landscape like you can with customer signature

Documents get lost

Time isn’t accurate to jobs. Slow and laggy

I could go on but haven’t got time and
