I have somehow entered a loop of incompetence. When I try to login, I received a message my password has expired, requesting my email to create a new one. Following the link on the email I have received, it redirects me to download the app from the store and I simply cannot login anyhow! How could they fail on the most basic user action????

Konnte mit meiner Buchungsnummer den Flug finden und Sitzplätze reservieren. Schon mal gut, doch sobald ich dann auf „View Booking“ drücke kommt immer „Error - Please try again later“ und das seitdem ich die App habe. Kein Update hat diesen Fehler behoben. Exht schade

Iberia has improved a lot the online check-in process. Everything is intuitive and fast. Upgrade offers and other value added services are not presented in a misleading way and are easy to skip.

You can only complete your check in online if you BUY YOUR SEAT ! Even though there were enough free gratis seats available, every time we tried to choose the gratis seats (for more than one hour), the system would send an error message, informing that the check in was not possible. Mysteriously, every time we tried the option to pay, it would work. 
Shame on you.

You can see the basic infos on your trips and some of your membership info. But you cannot change anything, errors everywhere, cannot change loyalty program number, cannot change seats, no checked baggage info,.... this app is an extension to an already terrible website... too bad I fly Iberia regularly

It wasn’t enough that i’ve lost my connection.and the flight from homebase are delayed. I’ve recieved businesscalss seat, i’ve chaged it with one in the front. At the check out i had to pay 0€. But it didn’t work . The app said that i must finish the transaction with 0€ , so i’ve closed the app (haven’t finished it). The next day i’m coming to the gate and i had to pay 13€ for changing the seat. Tip: buy cheap masks because they don’t accept the professionals ones(and they write your name on a list) unfriendly staff at munich. I will never fly with this company. Worse than the lowcost companies. You should check your app for bugs.

Horrible airline, and of course horrible app. Somehow I knew that this app wouldn't work even before installing it. But I gave Iberia a fair chance. The result? Of course it can't find my booking. Can't check in.

Well, it took me less than five minutes until I deinstalled the app.
