Se indica documentación chequeada y luego solo emite solo tarjeta de embarque de conexión en destino. Se indica causa por fallo o por falta de documentación (cuando está ya está verificada). Ergo, aplicaría asociar el fallo a una falencia de la app. Que pena.
Hace poco la he abierto, pero cada vez dice error. No puedo ni acceder, una pasada realmente.
No logro pagar el upgrade con ninguna TC a través de la App. Me ha pasado varias veces, a pesar de que está todo correcto. Gracias
Imposible cambiar la contraseña de la membresía. En web movil dirige a la app sin que haga nada, y sin la app dirige a descargarla sin opción a cambiarla.
Se cae con frecuencia y aparecen mensajes de error, que intente más tarde

I’ve had just the worst experience, not only with the app, but also with the telephone customer service and the webpage. Now I can’t even access my accounts since neither of the webpage or the app recognise my username and by telephone service. They are absolutely unable to help me saying everything is alright and only offering to change my password which I have done already three times and it doesn’t work. La peor experiencia tanto de la aplicación como también del servicio al cliente por medio telefónico y la página web, un desastre. Ahora inclusive, ya no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta ya que ni la página web ni la aplicación reconocen mi usuario ni mi e-mail; y por medio telefónico no son capaces de ayudarme sólo ofreciendo siempre cambiar la contraseña lo cual ya he realizado en tres ocasiones sin éxito. Also die schlimmste App, die ich seit lange benutzt haben. Und nicht nur die App, sondern auch der Kundenservice und die Webseite. Jetzt erkennen Sie noch nicht mein Konto und der Kundenservice ist total nutzlos. Er bietet nur das Passwort zurückzusetzen, aber das ist nicht das Problem, denn ich habe schon dreimal da gemacht und nichts ist passiert. Eine Katastrophe.
