Many bad experiences
The worst airline app, so often it doesn’t work properly!
Poor app
Having problems creating a profile. Need to purchase as a guest. This means a lot of information is in Spanish (which I dont understand) Problems with payment. App saying special characters not allowed even there was not special characters. Without comparrison the worst flight app I ever used. Have used over a couple of years now and progress on improvements are really slow. Its really a shame as it makes it inconvinient and feels unsafe to use the app and in the end will make me try avoid iberia. Please have a look at apps from (example) Norweigian, KLM or others. These are much more convinient to use.
Fácil de usar
La App de Iberia me pareció muy fácil de usar. No agobia ni confunde con exceso de información. En pocos segundos hice el check in sin problema.
Wrong seat number
Wrong seat number on check-in via app which created confusion at boarding.

La pagina de check in en internet es muy lenta, y después de poner todos los datos no acepta guardar la info. Me tuve que bajar el app para hacer el check in. Una vez pones los datos no se pueden controlar . Somos 4 y el sistema me da da 3 asientos juntos y uno 10 filas mas atrás, habiendo sitio al lado y delante y detrás. Me da problemas para pagar el cambio de asiento. Ni se me ocurre llamar por tlf porque el servicio es horrible. Una hora para hacer el check in
