impossible to use this app!!

Apparently its a novell idea for iberia in 2023, that someone wants to check in online. Apple wallet is also a new thing for them. Let me help: fire the entire team who is responsible for developing the website and the app. You thank me later.

We purchased tickets for business class. R There was no priority lane, the seats are exactly the same as they are on tourist class, no comfort, no hot towels, no extra whatsoever. It’s a big scam. I wouldn’t chose Iberia again.

‘An error has occurred, please try it later’ This is the only thing what i see, getting messages all the time that the app does not work.

Definitely the worst experience with a mobile app (and airline) in recent memory. No matter what I do I’m not able to log in because “Unexpected error. Pease try again”. When I tried to pay for my seat to be able to check in (without logging in) I got the same message. Their website isn’t any better either, could finally pay for the seat but when I request my boarding pass it either gives “Unexpected server error. Please try again from the beginning” (after I already paid for my seats!) or just loads infinitely… Now I have my flights and seats booked and I’m wondering how will I receive my boarding pass?

Very bad application in compare with other Airlines like EMIRATES and Lufthansa

When trying to log in, it says error occurred, try again later. Update didn't fix it. The app also had display errors and had faultily showed trips.

It is a very bad system
