La aplicación es una distracción y te hace perder horas y horas
La aplicación no me daba acceso inmediato. Tuve que hacer muchos intentos y me hizo perder varias horas cuando debería funcionar a la primera. He perdido mucho tiempo intentándolo a través de la aplicación e intenté llamar a atención al cliente y fue imposible ponerse en contacto con atención al cliente. Es una frustración con una aplicación que no que deja entrar/hacer Check-in mostrando constantemente que los datos están mal, pérdida de horas, si digo horas intentándolo hasta que después de intentarlo y dejarlo e intentarlo de nuevo lo consigues pero ya no estás muy seguro.

App down for over 12 hours & not allowing check in - extremely frustrating

If I can not check in my flight today, it just does not matter if you solve your server problems later.

The app keeps crashing even after all the new updates... very disappointing iberia...

Rude staff, kind app.
Manage booking did not work for me
I couldn’t add any extra bag or could pick a seat before, just now the checking is open and less than 24hours. Very frustrating! The seats are already picked and if I want to change to any other seat I will be charged.

Deberían tener una opción de registrar con Facebook o Gmail, etc ya que es casi que imposible registrar con los “bugs” que tienen en el sistema.
Useless app and web service!
We werent able to checkin through the app nor the website. Tried several times and wasted hours of our time. Useless Iberia service!
