Excelente servicio para hacer el check in
Hice el check in online para mi vuelo de Madrid a Londres sin complicaciones, muy recomendada la app.
No sirve su app ni página web
Al intentar acceder a mi cuenta con usuario y password correctos tanto en app como en página web manda un error y no permite acceder. Favor de solucionar a la brevedad

Pague un upgrade desde la aplicación, no me lo dieron y no me han devuelto mi dinero.

Fácil de usar, sin complicaciones, ligera y precisa en el menú. Felicidades !
Error
No me deja registrarme para ser Iberia plus, lo intente en varias ocasiones.
Hay mucho que mejorar
Tarda meses en reflejar los puntos abonados y los widgets no funcionan bien. No recuerda las reservas ingresadas por lo que hay que ingresarlas cada vez que entro a la aplicación. Lo peor de todo es que su servicio al cliente en Latinoamérica es pésimo. La mayoría de los agentes tiene mala actitud y les urge colgarte.
