So expensive plane tickets, and they still have the worst application I’ve ever seen. You are never able to check on the app, and even if you do it online it does not update the app. Nothing works, always crashes, and still their flights are the most expensive I’ve ever seen.
Please please invest in your app, this is Europa 2024, please increase your standard.
App is wonderful, great ux but dear god, it is the slowest airline app I have ever used.

En los últimos 2 meses eh viajado con Iberia dentro de Europa y a Estados Unidos. Siempre lo mismo, asientos con restos de comida o chicle. Mesa reclinable asquerosa y pegajosa sin limpiar, el piso del avión con restos de comida y basura. Hasta las almohadas que supuestamente son nuevas y limpias estaban sucias y con pelos largos! Lo peor de las compañías que no son low cost! Nunca más !
Todo perfecto solo hay que ajustar los precios para que vuela toda la familia

Easy to yse
I want to order vegan food for my flights but it doesn’t seem to be possible. I have sent email without a response. Try via the website but can’t get through and change the meals :( otherwise it seems great
From poor accessibility features to an inadequate booking flow, this app is almost useless. Slow response times, illogical layouts, features that don’t work, poor integration
