Muy lenta y fallos graves con algunas funcionalidades
La app esta bien en términos generales, pero es demasiado lenta en cargar los vuelos. Además, no se puede ver el histórico de viajes (aparece vacío mientras que en la web no). A veces tampoco salen los próximos viajes. Por algún motivo tampoco consigue encontrar los vuelos en la sección “estado de los vuelos”, pese a poner el número correcto se vuelo. Esto me ha pasado con vuelos de Iberia Express con código IB XXXX. Cuando intento seleccionar por aeropuerto, CPH no aparece.
Terrible- view boarding pass as PDF in 2023??
View boarding pass for a trip from Boston to Madrid returns “download PDF” on iphone. Seriously? In 2023? + thank you Iberia for randomly distributing seats that were payed and booked together to different parts of the plane so that you could request extra money to be able to sit next to your family members. That’s just so generous and a true difference to discount airlines, isn’t it?
Terrible - Fix payments for upgrade now!
How can you have an app (and a webpage!) where payment for offered upgrades don’t work? Absolutely 3rd world country stuff. Very slow and malfunctioning app for Spanish Iberia airline. You cannot add luggage to your trip even though that function is selectable. It just doesn’t work. Get your app fixed pronto!
App does not work
I downloaded your app yesterday 27th Sept and I can not search for flights. I have tried to re-install, I have also tried it on my iPad but it gives me the same error message. So basically the app does not work to book flights.
Not possible to search for flights in app
For a while now we can not search for flights in app. Both of our phones and Iberia app gives same error message. When I send in this to Iberia you just return mail and say that I have to call instead. They at telephone support does not know what to do either. So, please app support fix this bug.
Cant log in on app!!
My account works on web but not on the app. Cant log in. Fox this and upsate the app ASAP!!!
