Slow and not working
This App is just very slow, not working half of the time. It’s useless except to get the boarding pass to the Wallet. Please have a look at the Swiss app. This is wonderful. Yours is just not good at all.

App has no value add to ordinary Web function
It‘s just another overhead they force you to install to be able to download free newspaper through „pressreader“. All the other functions are static and not updated anytime -completely useless!!!! - Any time change of a flight is not reflected! - They changed the aircraft on my long haul flight and I got downgraded from Business to EcoPremium: NOT reflected!?! - My return flight got cancelled: NO real time information provided nor new flight next day represented in the App!!! What a useless app!!! Iberia communicates very delayed through SMS and email which is fine and reaches you at least if it would be proactive and not stupid machine automated - today one could use computer AI to make communication customer oriented to the booking class etc. The information provided in the app you can have on one A4 page printed out. So what‘s the point to have an App - Iberia is not getting more trendy due to that...

Peor experiencia de viaje a mi niño no quisieron darle un banano, mas que pague por asientos y nunca los recibí al hacer el check in puse una reclamación y no me reembolsan el dinero por dicha reclamación.

Impossible de se faire entendre lorsqu’on rencontre un problème sur le site Internet, ni par e-mail, ni par téléphone. Aucune écoute du client alors qu’on n’a même pas commencé notre voyage….Je regrette mon choix de voyager avec cette compagnie

Iberia est nulle . Ai mis un temps fou à essayer d’avoir un siège payant ... une heure pour s’enregistrer

The performance of the app is catastrophic it takes ages to open it or navigate from one screen to the other and there are errors and the app crashes..
