### **--- "Marginally useful and out of date"
This app is only marginally useful. For multiple years I’ve had to deal with the issue that when I check-in to my flight, the app doesn’t track that. 

If you want to check your boarding pass, you have to click “check-in” again. Sometimes the app will get upset if you attempt to “check-in” multiple times. 

Finally, the app (a computer fed digital application) couldn’t tell me my flight was delayed more than 20min after take-off. I found out my flight was delayed from the airport monitors, which seem to update faster than the app. This comes across as unreliable, outdated information in an industry where minutes matter.

Several functions do not work properly: I selected business, but the app input my selection as economy. The only way to change this was to cancel the operation and start over. 
I selected Business Optimum, which was supposed to include seat selection. Instead I had to pay an additional fee for each seat selected. 
These seem to be flaws in the app that need to be fixed.

Still needs a lot of work. It is very slow and messy; needs to give the customer better control of his trip. Do not let you add FQTV number if already checked in, and when you try to put it before check in, most of the times won’t work.

The site is full of bugs. Said my password was expired. Couldn’t get it give me a new one due to a recurring error message. Entering payment information was almost impossible. It did not explain what field was missing. Terrible for 2025.

I really wish the app were better- login page is endless loop when the previous password I created didn’t work so I had to sign in with another email. 

Also had to request 3 times to make sure my pets could travel with me when I moved to Spain from another country- every time the  client service rep told me I was confirmed with them. Thankfully I’m anxious (never thought I’d say that) and called back to have them check the reservation- nope no pets seen. 

I do not know what the 3rd person I spoke with did differently, but the 4th time I called back to confirm they could finally see my pets were booked accurately.
