****– Seemed absolutely great, but Color Degradation on import ?? :::

YGDMA on

Belgium

Essentially :: PhotoRoll → ibisPaint → PhotoRoll → ⌜Original color has darkened⌝ !?? 🅰️ Full Scenario ::: ( 𝚑𝚝𝚝𝚙𝚜://𝚒𝚖𝚐𝚞𝚛.𝚌𝚘𝚖/𝚐𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚛𝚢/𝙸𝚉𝙸𝟼𝙳𝟿𝚘 ) ::: 1️⃣_Via_Sharing from the AppStore, we get a striking example by saving the **M$ Remote Desktop** app icon ( or the **LastPass** icon likewise, or the **itsMe** icon ) to our_i(Pad)OS PhotoRoll ( not to Files_). 2️⃣ Our next step consists of importing either of the forementioned icons from the PhotoRoll into ibisPaint. 3️⃣ Then right away and without any further intermediate operation, or perhaps after merely setting the ibisPaint background to transparent, anyhow we rather immediately save our just imported stuff back to the i(Pad)OS PhotoRoll ( that's just a simple "Save image" export back out of ibisPaint – and verifiedly if otoh we save to Files instead, we'll end up with a very similar outcome regarding what we are testing here.) 4️⃣_Now to our most legitimate consternation, at this stage we_reproducibly find our resulting PhotoRolled .png picture to have lost some of its brightness ( compared to the original icon's flavour of red ). 5️⃣ Questions. How can this be ? How can such a color shift have happened ? It seems to occur at ibisPaint import time. → Am I the only one to experience this unexpected sort of color degradation ? What may I have been doing wrong perhaps_? Did I misconfigure my_device or the ibisPaint app somehow ? What's up here ? ——— 🅱️_Here's one other issue, this time "bugless", yet it's a small shortcoming worthwhile mentioning, but no more than a matter of i[Pad]OS File System interoperability :: ibisPaint cannot import from i[Pad]OS "Files" apparently – or can it ? ( This is due to iOS's awkward evolutionary path of course. ) //🆎_ibisPaint v11.0.0 on iPadOS v16.6.1 ; //_2023.09.17.Su.18:31.iPm.

***** ::: A very good app ! :::

I love this :)

I think this app is AMAZING. It’s worth paying for it. Yes, there are some flaws.. like, you can’t have a larger canvas without the app running slowely.. but at least the app tells you that and there are so many other good things that cover that up. Overall really, really good and I wanted to thank everyone who contributed to the creation of this app, thank you :)
