And I can't understand why the same stop loss setting in TradingView in the past resulted in selling the stock immediately. I find it very frustrating and it makes me quite angry. I intended to quit the system, but what does 'the margin can’t be transferred out' mean? I no longer have any stocks, and the only thing I have is USD, which I genuinely don’t understand.

I recently used this platform for my stock trading, and my experience was quite disappointing. The user interface is cluttered and not intuitive, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, the execution of trades was often slow, leading to missed opportunities.

Trying to withdraw some money from the account. Go through the form and last stage has challeng and response request. But to get to the challenge/response in the app I have to exit the withdrawal form!

Unable to login with so called “connection error”. Tried with several networks, still fail. Totally disappointed

幾次設置限價單都高於限價單成交，還有止損單都提早成交，沒想過會發生在IB身上，已經停止使用。

I am facing the problems are … - trade records keep one week only, I don’t know how to find history in details. - I bought the US bond. When the bond end, I don't know how to find the bond record and how many money I earn. - the setting of transfer currency to bank account, not easy to set.

It keep on saying connection fail and retry , never can login to the account

1. Oscillating disconnects especially during important market data announcements. 2. News with data retrieving error as usual. 3. Even you want to report the error in apps, it shows something went wrong after you clicked the submit buttons. Brilliant!

The app requests passcode with “Challenge” to withdraw funds, but you cannot generate passcode without logging out the account. So it means you can NEVER withdraw funds using the mobile app alone. Totally disgusting.
