## iBodyShape Description
iBodyShape hilft dir die Ergebnisse deiner Diät bzw. deines Workouts sichtbar zu machen und deren Verlauf zu überwachen. iBodyShape motiviert und unterstützt dich deine Ziele zu erreichen.

Alle Daten werden übersichtlich auf dem Dashboard angezeigt. Mit Eingabe deiner Körpermaße und deines Gewichts wird der BMI (Body Mass Index) und die WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio) berechnet und ausgewertet. Zusätzlich siehst du den Verlauf deines Gewichts in einem Diagramm. 
Drücke "Mehr" und du siehst Diagramme und Statistiken für all deine Werte! Inklusive aller benutzerdefinierten Werte.

Erreiche verschiedene Erfolge um dich noch mehr zu motivieren und teile es mit deinen Freunden.

Folgende Werte können gespeichert werden:

· Körpergröße
· Körpergewicht
· Körperfettanteil
· Brustumfang
· Taillenumfang
· Hüftumfang
· Oberarmumfang
· Oberschenkelumfang
· Fünf Individuelle Werte

Mit deiner Zustimmung können auch BMI, Körperfett, Gewicht und deine Größe in der Health App gespeichert werden.

Die App ist sehr einfach zu handhaben und ist sehr übersichtlich.
Man kann auch die Maße eingeben und eigene Messpunkte erstellen - wie wir alle wissen, ist das Gewicht alleine nicht wirklich aussagefähig. 
Dass das Chart des Gewichtsverlaufs ohne eigentlicher Gewichtsangabe ist, finde ich besonders gut. 
Einen Punkt Abzug, weil ich nicht mehrere Profile erstellen kann (wäre ein schöner Vergleichseffekt, wenn man übers Jahr mehrere Ernährungsarten ausprobieren möchte.

Ich habe etwas gesucht, mit dem ich meine Körper Messungen tracken kann, um meinen Fortschritt zu verfolgen und es gefunden. Die App ist easy aufgebaut - wie eine Excel-Liste! Genau das, was ich gesucht habe, um einen Überblick zu haben.

1,99€ für eine App in der man immer Werte eintragen muss. Mir geht es um die automatische Berechnung des KFA. Alle Daten eingegeben (Messwerte). Keine Angabe. Man muss es selbst ausrechnen und dann den KFA eingeben.und das immer wieder. Die App vergleicht dann lediglich die Veränderungen    Dann kann ich mir auch einen Zettel und Stift kaufen für 1.99€. Lediglich BMI wird berechnet. Sinnlose APP!!
