## Ibotta Reviews in United States

### *---- "Missing Cash Back"
App failed to provide cash back for avocados. There is virtually no way to resolve the issue - you just get bounced to an AI bot. Best to avoid this app
-- justmdandy, 2025-01-03

### ***** "Love this app!"
This app makes it easy to save money on products you are already buying and retailers you already shop at! It’s a must use! I submit receipts all year and cash out around the holidays for extra holiday cash.
-- IDEK Master, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Awful"
Won’t let me log in
-- f dndndbfb, 2025-01-01

### *---- "So done with this app"
I used to enjoy using this app, but not anymore. They will not fix the problem with the FOOD LION MVP card and that’s where I do all of my grocery shopping. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY OF MY CASH BACK. I MISSED ALL OF THE BONUSES FOR THE HOLIDAYS. I’M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP THAT USED TO BE A FUN APP BUT IT’S NOT ANYMORE. IT’S JUST HAD ME SO STRESSED OUT IT’S JUST NOT WORTH IT. I TRIED TODAY. DELETE MY MVP CARD NOTHING KEPT TELLING ME I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. WHEN IT’S THE RIGHT ONE.
-- Carolineofparis17, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Reciept don't always read"
Fry's receipts barely scan
-- Teaa320, 2024-12-31

### ***** "We save and get a lotta with our lbotta!"
We use lbotta for our shopping and save and earn money almost every trip to the store. The amount accumulates quickly leading to regular payouts which help in today’s economy. The stores we primarily use it at are Giant and CVS.
-- The People’s Advocate, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Stopped Working"
Completely stopped working after Dec 8, 2024. Every purchase I made at Walmart after that date has not shown up at all in the app. No receipts, no cash back, no bonuses, no nothing! Customer service is beyond helpless, since all they can tell me is there are no receipts showing purchases after Dec 8 (duh!), Then they want me to go through every single purchase and find all the items, barcodes, offers, receipts, etc. and take screenshot to send them (almost a month’s worth!). Just fix your app, for crying out loud!
-- ForTheLoveOfGawd, 2024-12-31

### ***** "I love Ibotta!!"
I’m a single mama of two and Ibotta has been such a help to us over the years!!
-- Karah Lynne, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Es una excelente app."
Nos ayuda a obtener a mejor precio algunos de los productos que son necesarios para nuestros hogares, estoy muy agradecida 😌
-- Bazuce, 2024-12-31

### *---- "They just steel your money."
3.99 maintenance fee per month is outrageous.

I also notice that this encourages people to buy more expensive packaged, high processed food vs. real natural food. This app supports unhealthy shopping habits
-- Klaupe1, 2024-12-30
