## iBridgeVideo Reviews in United States

### *---- "Look into something else"
We just replaced our system with Paramount CMS - only one day in and it’s a world of difference. iBridge will record everything except for what is important. When you see something and it triggers a recording, it cuts off half way through, and not show you what happened for about 30 seconds. For instance, we had a couple of people go down our street and break mailboxes. This system showed them walk up to the mailbox, cut out, then start again when they are two doors down. Plus the camera video quality is terrible, night vision is super poor, and the camera dome gets moisture and makes nighttime viewing almost impossible.
-- Crashes on 3GS, 2022-09-15

### *---- "Disappointing!!"
This system is absolute trash. This app is paired with 4 ISV2-DOME-POE cameras which are poor at best. After 3 months of use, i noticed notifications for one camera were no longer being received. Reinstalling both app and camera proved to be a failed task ending with a call to customer support. Camera fails to recognize log in info. There are better systems for less money. I suggest staying away from this one.

### ***** "Functionally Solid"
I seldom write reviews, but found comments not reflecting the general performance of the app correctly.

Most issues mentioned can easily resolved.

Picking up traffic?
Set visual boundaries in settings

Connection issues?
Place a plug in WiFi extender near doorbell as some exterior wall materials hamper WiFi signals.

Picking up a floating bag?
Clean your front lawn and set visual boundaries in settings.

### *---- "Pure garbage"
The camera system is trash one day it will work perfectly fine seemingly the next few days someone could be standing right on your porch and you would never know
-- teeninety, 2021-01-02

### *---- "Not Dependable"
This camera is incredibly inconsistent. Some days it will pick up even a small car in the driveway, other days it won’t even pick up the FedEx large box trucks. There is inconsistency closer to the camera as well. At times it will pick up even the branches swaying in the breeze, other times a person can walk right up and the will be no camera notification. This makes the camera a novelty item and not a serious security device.

### *---- "Disappointing"
This app is very disappointing for a secondary user for a single camera. My husband and I both receive notifications for our outdoor camera, but since he is signed in under the primary user account, he is able to delete the excessive video notifications (35 in an hour for rain UGH!) and turn on and off features, but my account can only view. Not very helpful for two home owners!!!

### *---- "No app for iPad"
Despite being marketed as supporting virtually all tablets unfortunately a small company called Apple doesn’t meet that criteria and Napco marketing doesn’t think that should be highlighted.
-- Not abridge, 2018-07-16

### ****- "Cross the iBridge"
As a Napco dealer this product is another that continues to impress. Can have all cameras at one location or any combination at multiple locations. Residential or commercial environments, indoor or outdoor.
The indoor pan and tilt camera operates smoothly and used digital zoom. They cameras can be hard wired or wireless. "wifi".
