The IC Credit Union Digital Banking App has been completely redesigned from the ground up to make it easier than ever to control your finances and empowers you to stay financially organized and make smarter financial decisions. Get real time account information, transfer funds, make deposits, set savings goals, pay friends, apply for loans, and so much more. 


FEATURES:
Account dashboard: Get a fast, holistic view of you accounts with mobile snapshot that provides up-to-date balances in one easy to read list without having to fully log into your mobile banking app.

Mobile Deposit: Deposit checks in a few easy taps, wherever, whenever.

Money Movement: Schedule a quick transfer, set up recurring transfers, transfer money to other people, or make a loan or credit card payment. Moving money around has never been easier.

Alerts & Notifications: Customize your alerts for things like low balances, insufficient funds, and even upcoming bill payments. Choose from text, push notification, or email.

Powerful Financial Tools: We’ve added some tools that will simplify how you save, borrow, and manage your financial life, such as credit score insights, savings goals, and a financial health monitor. You can also apply for a loan or mortgage, locate branches or ATMs, connect with our virtual assistant, or contact one of our live Member Service Representatives.

This “updated” app is difficult to use and glitchy. Sometimes I can pay my mortgage (through IC) by going to that specific account. Sometimes I can’t because the button doesn’t respond. Then I am forced to pay the mortgage the traditional “bill pay” way which takes over a week to deliver. I am rather tech savvy but this app and even the website is too much to navigate.

Can’t make an external transfer for the 2nd time within 30 days.  “404 - page not found”. Happens via desktop and mobile app.  Last time it took over a week to resolve. Never had this issue with the old system.

Currently sitting in the waiting room at DCU. I will be taking all my money out of my savings because of this disaster of an update. I’ve been a member since the age of 6 and I’m now 23. Dissatisfied to say the least. I have zero access to my account since update.

No real-time alerts on debit transactions makes this app nearly useless. Obviously, no one sought input from the end users before dissociating from the old SecurLock app. There is no real-time alert mechanism to notify you if your account has been compromised.

The bank last weekend went through a major upgrade online so I decided to reinstall the App. In the past I use to have this app and it was not worth it and deleted it. Now the app is functional and you have more options. It is what a banking app should be. Huge improvement download the app it’s worth it now.
