## iCareLullaboo Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "It’s good but.."
I love the app & features but I can’t get any notifications without actually opening the app. Very inconvenient if the teachers are messaging me & I miss it. The push notifications need to actually work!
-- Maddyy4, 2025-12-18

### *---- "Cannot login after recent update"
After updating the app with the most recent update, I cannot login and cannot reset my password. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it won’t accept my new password. Help!
-- GBMommyM, 2025-10-09

### *---- "Latest version not work."
after upgrade to latest version, it continues poping out 102 field missing that I cant see any report of my son, even child info is missing.. also the pictures are always blur after download. Please fix. Thanks
-- blueeeeeee7, 2025-10-09

### ***-- "Notifications issue on iPhone"
The app is good but the only major issue is that you do not receive notifications unless open the app itself on iPhone.

Developers needs to fix the issue as this has caused me to miss few important notifications.
Please check you background refresh code or APNs to fix it. This is a reputed organization and your app’s bug is tainting it.
-- stsorbiter, 2025-08-20

### *---- "Unable to use the app on my iPhone SE"
I can’t sign up or log in because the keyboard blocks the ‘Next’ button. My screen is not large enough for the button to be visible, I cannot minimize the keyboard or click on the screen to scroll down to see the button. I was able to sign up using my husband’s larger phone screen but still am unable to log in using mine. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, as my son is starting daycare in a week.
-- toadstool23, 2025-08-17

### ***-- "Notifications"
Notifications don’t work on mine and husbands iPhone. Specifically the messaging notifications and the medication notifications. Otherwise a good app.
-- Sarzbot, 2025-01-20

### *---- "App down since a day"
The app has been down and it been more than a day. That’s alot of time for a hot fix.
-- Rida_S, 2024-05-16

### ***-- "Good foundation"
Teachers at Lullaboo are well equipped. I feel safe leaving my child with them all day, almost everyday. The app is not used to its fullest potential. Would love to see individual comments about my child more and better quality photos. App itself is ok but feels a bit clunky
-- Thebass66, 2023-11-20

### ***-- "Okay"
Absolutely love this app but the quality of the photos are poor ! I can ever get a good picture but the other features are great !
-- sereice, 2022-09-15

### *---- "Has stopped working on my phone"
Has stopped working on my phone . I deleted the app a number of times and reinstalled it , the email id was refreshed . Still nothing . Everywhere was working fine on the earlier version
