Poor Customer Support
I’ve paid off my balance 24 hours ago, proof of documents have been provided. I haven’t received any response from last 24 hours. I clearly mentioned that, I needed the money for emergency. The misleading ad says “receive your funds in 2 hours”. It has been more than 24 hours already. This is the last time I’ll use icash.

I think ICash is an amazing idea and such an easy way to get money when you really need it. The payment arrangements are absolutely amazing and so helpful. I will continue to use icash for all of my emergency money needs
Can’t even verify myself
It’s asking me for my work phone I provided it but I can’t pass it your app is a joke you have 10 types of verification before even entering the app itself a joke to say the least
Stay away
It’s all a lie they sent my loan to some random account at some random bank and it’s been 9 hours and I still haven’t heard a word from customer service that they say is available 24/7. Worse money lending app out there
Great to have the choice
I love the choice to have this option. Don’t like that I need it but I’m sure happy they make things easier to get things paid.
