The app draws the complete code database directly from the data files available at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). I find it to be much faster than searching for codes via Google or one of the ICD 10 site search engines. I also find it to be more user-friendly, convenient, and fast for my purposes (clinical documentation). This app takes the guesswork out of specifying an ICD 10 code correctly and completely.
