The ICE2U app will allow you to purchase ice within the app and earn reward points towards free ice at all participating Twice the Ice and Partner locations.  Load your app with funds, visit a participating machine and vend your bag of Ice right from the app without ever having to touch the machine.  For every 10 bags purchased you will get 1 bag for free.  Find the nearest Twice The Ice vending machine from your current location and get driving directions right from the app.  Twice the Ice locations provide fresh bagged ice 24/7 and fresh filtered or purified water a participating locations.  A Healthy lifestyle starts with fresh products.  Twice the Ice ensures that you are receiving fresh, high quality ice & water any time of day.  Now you can use a convenient App to find the TTI in your community so you can taste the difference.

I use Twice the Ice all of the time, & one day their card reader on one of their machines wasn’t working, & I didn’t have cash & while trying to find a bag of ice near me that wasn’t over $5, I somehow ended up on their website trying to find another location. 

”Download the app & get a free bag of ice”… I thought, “this is how I get a bag of ice without having to pay an arm and a leg” so, I downloaded the app & created the account. But once I created the account, they never send you the “confirmation email” with the “link” that you are supposed to receive in order to receive the free bag of ice. They use the “free bag of ice” to farm downloads for their app, & to have people waste their time create accounts. 

I thought “okay, well that didn’t work but at least I can still earn a free bag of ice if I load 20 bucks onto my account” *I had noticed they had a rewards section on the app & that was my first reward that I could earn*

So I loaded 20 bucks onto my account. I figured why not because I use their machines often. And it meant a free bag of ice today. BUT it turns out, that the 4 Twice the Ice machines in my general location, didn’t even accept the app, stating something along the lines of “This location doesn’t accept the app, but you can still use cash” blah blah blah. So now I’m just out of $20, no bag of ice at all, & I have less memory on my phone because of this useless app.

Downloaded the app here in South Carolina after the recent hurricane after wasting gas driving around looking for ice. App not only told me where machines were but also if they had ice. Was able to find a machine but it was not taking cash bunch of people standing around or trying to force cash into the machine. Added money to the app and was able to get the ice I needed. Showed everyone how to download install and get an account. Not bad for a 73 year old 😂
