This app keeps freezing. I found it hard going trying to use. Shame. I’ll stick to the ones that work.

Clicked to select origin airport and was taken outside the app to a website with a warning that I had won an iPhone XS Max. How is this allowed on the App Store?!

Useless Takes you to a load of different links that makes the user experience harder work Download on the beach app if you’re looking for a hol. Much quicker.,

Every time I try to use this app I’m being redirected to a browser and getting told I have been carefully reselected blah blah blah,.. having to delete the app... waste of time

Every time you click on a drop down menu it takes you to a spam page. Do not use!

Get countless spam pop ups whenever I click on one of the search fields on the app - really bad and unusable.

Terrible to navigate. If you click the wrong thing you’re opening up browser pages instead. Waste of time, deleted within 5 minutes of using

I’ve just call for an holiday offer seen on this website and first of all the operator started with all sort of questions without listening at all what was my interest for, then after the operator finally found the offer i was looking to, whilst on the website it is written the offer is valid from a certain airports and for certain selected dates (which were actually suitable for me) and that the children up to 12 can stay free, the operator at first told me that only the children under 5 could stay free, then that the children can stay for free but have to pay for the flight (which would have been ok for me) but eventually that only one children could stay free (although on the website it is written that for each adult one child can stay free and we are 2 adults with 2 children) and that this location would be expensive on that days since the school are closed for holidays (and again, we were talking about August and that’s true, but on the website it is clearly written how much would be for August and that would have been ok for me. At every of my rectifications the operator replied with a rude tone of voice and the attitude like I wasn’t understand nothing so I’m going to say which was the offer I was asking for just for showing I’m not (still) crazy and what I’m referring about: Crete: 5 Star All Inclusive Holiday with Spa, Private Beach & Kids Stay FREE On top of that, during the call I could hear the operator’s colleagues chatting and laughing, which makes me hang up the phone. A totally disappointing and wasting of time, I wouldn’t put my trust in that ‘agency’.

Tried to use the app but literally every time I clicked anything the privacy notice kept coming up. Tried to dismiss it & clicked to say Ive read it but it wouldn’t stop coming up. Thought the app will be more useable than the website but I can’t use it at all. Have booked with ice lolly before had a good holiday. The app is not user friendly though it puts me off.

Annoying cookie consent message pops up on every page even though you click accept. Also has adds. 🙈
