Might have the best exchange rate but unable to use it. App is super laggy, keeps bugging out. Unable to verify, unable to create account.

Convert and the screen appears stuck, so I click confirm again but end up converting the same amount twice. Please fix this.

Card declined, money stuck in wallet. Customer service no existence.
My card was declined for transactions in Malaysia. After many attempts to reach the customer service, and telling me that they are checking for months and nothing is done. Now there is no replies to the WhatsApp chats. Use at your own risk. Lousy customer service.
I got deducted extra after my Taiwan trip. I have changed TWD and paid TWD in the actual amount for various shops. Ichange SC then told me it is due to debit settlement meaning there was not enough TWD to deduct. Being a debit card, I thought deduction is only allowed when there is sufficient balance. Moreover I have changed more than enough during my Taiwan trip, I even got spare cash to convert to MYR. 2 more after my trip I have a negative $46 SGD in my balance saying I did not have enough to pay for my TWD back then. So guys, run, delete the app, you will never know what will u be charge for after your trip. If you wan to use this app, make sure ur SGD are fully changed and finish spending. Else, good luck.
My wife and I signed up for this app and made some transactions buying train tickets in Europe for our upcoming travel. Two of the payment attempts were marked as erroneous on the merchant side after paying and only the third the third went through; however, the transactions were all 3 deducted from the account balance. Additionally the 2 failed attempts did not ask for 2FA, yet the money was still deducted. Then we tried to contact customer service via WhatsApp and phone. We gave up after being in the phone queue for over an hour. WhatsApp only was replied to after 5 hours and the answer was absolutely not helpful. So in short - customer service is completely useless or to be more precise - non existing.
