When i applied premium was rs 9000 per month per 2 cr term insurance but now they are demanding another 5000 which shows their worst service. I have undergone all my medical tests. Worst service

This app provides a very poor user experience. I am unable to log in to my profile using my mobile number, email ID, or even my policy number. Every attempt results in an error message stating invalid details or try again later. Due to these repeated issues, I am unable to track my policy or pay the premium on time, which is highly inconvenient and frustrating. Please address this problem urgently to ensure smooth access and timely premium payments.
