### *---- "App no longer works"
It just won’t load anymore and is stuck! So your points are of no use for now!
-- Jazz141, 2025-08-18

### *---- "need to fix the app"
it was a great app, could order online and even have a free ice cream after buying a few times and recollecting points, but now it won’t load after the image with the ice cream, so sad i can’t order from the app no more because i already had enough points to claim a free ice cream, if y’all can fix it again it would be the best.

### **--- "App doesn’t load anymore"
App was great until it randomly stopped loading past the first ice cream picture. :(
-- smallwindmill, 2025-05-21

### *---- "Worst app, horrible functionality"
Can’t use any rewards they give. Doesn’t work online or offline in the store. Store employees can’t even recognize the QR code from this app. Needs a massive overhaul and fix
