We recently began to use iClass to help us communicate with parents and staff more effectively in the run up to safely reopening our school. Without a doubt it has been a huge hit with the whole school community. It is easy to manage and the set up was smooth and efficient. No push messages, no interaction with teacher, cannot send messages or contact the school. After update iOS (today 8th October 2019) this badly design app give error “device not registered” and not giving option nor launching at all!!!
