Horrible playback

M&Llosangeles on

United States

The app maker should consider a new professional career. The playback is so poor we are returning our entire system back. This is meant for security and they app is totally ineffective. Our old cheap camera were a thousand times better. Don’t buy this product! If I could give it a zero I would.

Poor Playback. Clunky User Controls

UKHUBER on

United States

Whoever designed this app put very little thought into it. It’s used with our security system and I pretty much hate all aspects of it, and I’m saying that after using it FOR YEARS. The playback is horrendous and the overall user controls are not user friendly. They should truly just scrap this app and start from scratch because it’s horrible.

Cannot playback with purchased app!

Gww425 on

United States

I can view my cameras all day Long but I cannot playback through the app. I purchased the upgraded app to allow playback but it stopped working.

Utter garbage

moosemeat143 on

A local AV store, Music and Cinema in Palm Harbor fl sold me a 4 camera security system that uses this app. About 80% of the time it doesn’t allow me to access my cameras, same for playing back videos. The interface is clunky, not at all user friendly. It’s total garbage!

After spending over $3,000 on a Phoenix system, they should not charge for their mobile app...
