Time to time It’s taking forever to load what happen?

Always need to wait for loading

All the image of my collection just keep loading and loading,need to wait very long to see my image,why is the app keep refreshing my image?that’s too annoying

Lost my whole collection list!!

I had filled in my collection, spent hours to do this. Then the apps asking me to create a backup account. Following that, suddenly all my collections disappeared!!! Looked through the FAQ, it actually stated that if we created an account, the collection will need to be refilled. THIS IS ABSURD!!! Wasted my time to use this apps, i cannot accept this stupid design!
