A lot of functions but still very easy to use every day!
I use it every day, best app there is to control your lights :)
it just doesn’t look good esthetically. The UI is confusing even though I’ve had it for years, most features I’ve learned to find but I still have to look around if I’ve not used them in a while. When I originally bought the app it was a one time cost, although high it was worth the cost. I understand why the developers changed the model but I don’t agree with the decision. It is annoying to constantly be locked behind a pay wall when you’ve already payed for it. Then I have a serious issue with the remote access feature, I works as at should but every couple of months it stops working and I have to log in again, I guess it might some type of security thing but the automation that relies on working remotely like turning off all lights when leaving home also does not work when this happens. Because of these reasons I will probably start using the hue app when their feature set is good enough.

First you have to purchase the app, which alone don’t do much the original official app doesn’t do. Then there are in app purchases for everything, Its a bit ridiculous
This app is really the best in terms of functionality for Hue lights. I've been using it for years, in lieu of the native Philips app purely based on the range of customization they don't come close to. However, I miss that professional design feel, the attention to details look. The UI is flat, a bit boring and doesn't remotely reflect the advanced functions under the hood. Even Philips own Hue app looks a lot better as far as UX and general design goes. If you guys bring in someone who can really connect the functions with some top notch designs, iConnectHue would be untouchable
If you want all features it’s gona cost you plenty. Most expensive app I ever had. Tons of ”in app purchase”
But is it possible to have a sunricher dimmer switch to act as a remote? It gets recognized as a light in the Hue bridge but I would like it to light up more than just the hard wired “dumb light”. Is this possible with iConnectHue?
This app is a mess. You never understand where you are or how to edit things. It’s a constant guessing game, even after using this app for a year I don’t understand it. Can you developers please have one single person testing this app while you are watching? It will shine light on why your unique UI is a failure.
