Says I have notifications, but there are none. It won’t let me navigate because of that.

It’s nearly impossible to create an account. I entere a the required information email, password and company code but the app does not let me proceed. This should be the easies of functions so people can get the help they needed. 

If I could give it zero stars I would.

I followed all the directions for creating a password, checked carefully multiple times and had someone else check that my password contained everything it needed according to the directions on screen. It still does not allow me to create an account and has the password directions highlighted. Useless.

After registration nothing works. I’ve been bumped every time I try to connect and get help. If this app is designed to help people it has failed. It will quicker drive someone to the edge of self harm than actually helping them. I should be able to give it 0 stars.

How is an app this bad in 2023? Each time I use it, it forgets my password and requires me to set a new password. The option to send an “instant message” directs you to an unending “loading screen.” There is no obvious way to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Beyond disappointing. This is a resource that is supposed to connect you to support, but instead it just leaves me increasingly frustrated. This is the worst app I have ever used.

Registration and login worked fine.  Tried a search for articles about stress, and came up with nothing (?) 

Tried a few more searches, and realized that the search is clunky. All the articles are grouped into categories, so you have to search for a category, then if you find one that matches your search, you must run a second search based on sub category.  

What it really needs is an open search that finds all articles with a keyword, instead of forcing a search by category

During registration, there was an error with one of the required fields when I tried to submit (password and ‘confirm password’ mismatch because of a typo) but instead of letting me just correct that field, it punted me out of the page and I had to click Register and fill in ALL of the registration fields again! 

During my video call, clicking on the hamburger menu disconnected the call. No option to mute myself if I needed to. The app also logged me out during the call even though the call was still active (could hear the other person but could no longer see them). Logging back in didn’t fix it and it eventually logged me out again. Carried on the conversation unable to see the other person but she could see me. 

This app also feels like it was designed and built in the 90s. So many basic UX principles that have long been standard are not adopted.
