### *---- "Unusable for trading"
The new platform introduced in Nov. 2024 renders it almost impossible for any trader to access the relevant information and to trade the desired securities. Not only is the entire history of all transactions wiped out (isn’t that the bare minimum requirement when transitioning to a new platform?), but the iPad and iPhone apps are not even capable of displaying basic charts with legible time axis. Many CFDs and Futures (esp. on raw materials) are not accessible anymore, alerts do not exist anymore, etc. I will grant them 3 months to fix this failed introduction of a new platform and then move to an alternative bank — look at the major Swiss competitors and how they manage to provide a sound trading app.

### *---- "Service catastrophique et irrespect de la vie privée !"
Cela fait maintenant plus d’un an que j’ai demandé la résiliation de ma carte et de mon compte. J’ai du envoyer deux recommandés avant de recevoir un lettre qui m’informait de la fermeture de ma relation bancaire. Plus d’un an après ce courrier, je constate que mon accès est toujours possible et que ma carte est toujours existante ?! N’est-ce pas dangereux et illégale de retenir comme ça des utilisateurs contre leur gré ? Je n’utiliserais jamais plus ce service car je n’ai plus aucune confiance en eux.

Keine Ahnung was die Bank geritten hat eine gut funktionierende App derart zu verschlechtern. So gut wie alle Funktionalitäten der alten App sind in der neusten Version nicht mehr vorhanden oder wurden massiv verschlechtert. Die Ux ist unterirdisch. 
Ich werde mir wohl eine bessere Bank suchen müssen.

WARNUNG: Die iCorner/Cornertrader Mobile App ist seit Herbst 2024 komplett neu und völlig unbrauchbar, 95% der Funktionen sind weg. Historische Daten, Diagramme, eine übersichtliche, brauchbare Portfolio- oder Auftrags-Übersicht: Alles nicht mehr da! Würde 0 Sterne geben aber das ist leider nicht möglich! Wenn Sie via Mobile traden möchten gehen Sie unbedingt zu einem anderen Online Broker.

### *---- "Kaum noch Funktionen und Übersicht im Trading"
Mit dem Wechsel auf die neue Plattform von Cornertrader, ist die App kaum noch nutzbar. Viele Funktionen unteranderem die Charts von seinen Positionen oder die einzelnen Käufe etc. fehlen. Fand die App vor der Umstellung deutlich besser. Schade. Wirklich schade. So werde ich die App bald löschen, wenn die Funktionen nicht aufgeschalten werden. Habe die App früher fast täglich genutzt. Jetzt ist sie wirklich nicht mehr interessant und nutzbar für mich.

I used the cornertrader iOS app since 2018 and it was okay, maybe 4 stars. Recently they completely changed the app - it is complete rubbish now, like a trading app 15 years ago. No charts of stocks, no historical data, no analytics. I will move to another provider soon, requesting free close of my account and transfer of my titles to the new provider.

Seit dem Update wurden zahlreiche KPIs entfernt: Performance % nicht mehr auf einen Blick pro Position oder Gesamtportfolio sichtbar. Daten werden in Fremdwährungen angezeigt und nicht mehr umgerechnet. App hat sich mit dem Update stark verschlechtert!

Die App wurde von einem sehr guten und übersichtlichen Produkt zu einem unbrauchbaren Produkt upgedated. Bestehende Kunden auf so ein unfertiges Produkt zu verschieben und sie faktisch handlungsunfähig zu machen ist für mich unverständlich. Eine sofortige Anpassung ist notwendig und hoffentlich bereits in die Wege geleitet!
