WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU NEED A PASSWORD? Please fix! -- Donato D, 2019-12-07 ### ***-- "Needs update for iOS 13" Was working fine before the new iOS, now it uploads postage stamp size pictures after the iOS update. -- Markaxe, 2019-09-26 ### *---- "WHAT PASSWORD" We don’t remember there ever being a password and thus cannot log in -- MemeKingPennyWise480, 2019-08-06 ### *---- "Useless" What’s the password to bind/link app to frame???? Says on device password is Network Settings... however you can only enter numbers on app. -- Kmont29, 2019-06-06 ### ****- "Need albums" When selecting pictures it would be great if I can access all my albums. Also, if I can see what others have posted to the frame in the app that would be helpful too. -- Wolfwise, 2019-03-03 ### *---- "It Canadian!" Fix your stuff. Can’t be that hard. People just want to use your product b -- Tom n JMow, 2019-01-20 ### *---- "Will not link...." This is very frustrating! Gave one as a gift and bought one for myself. The gifted one set right up... This one will not link... -- Jimbo4LSU, 2019-01-01 ### *---- "Password????" How do you get in when the password says “NetWork Setting” and gives you no option of using letters. Very frustrating! What are we supposed to do to use this Frame and the APP???? 😠😠 -- Coolnygirl, 2018-12-30 ### *---- "App needs a major overhaul" Having major issues as I cannot attach the my Icozy picture frame it keeps saying linking failed: ID or password is not right but I double checked and triple checked and all is correct very disappointed. -- SPT27, 2018-12-26 ### ***** "PASSWORD?????" Seems like several people are having problems with this as am I. How can you type your password when the only option is #s?? I see there is no response from the company or anyone else😟 So far this frame is useless. I received it as a gift from my kids, thought it would be a great way to keep in touch. So far, not so much 😡😡 Since they won’t let me write a review without rating it, begrudgingly, I will give it 1 star. AN UPDATE to my previous review. Digital Point Technology, was quick in responding to my email. After repeatedly trying to get the password to show up, it finally did!!! (It is also in number form. The actual frame shows you what it’s username and password are), HAPPY, to announce, both my son and daughter have successfully sent me pictures to my my Icozy frame😊😊 I have also sent pictures from my iPhone to it. All is well. Hope others can get theirs to operate satisfactory. -- #1grama, 2018-01-22 [View all ICozy Wi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ICozy Wi Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/united-kingdom) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/israel) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/kazakhstan) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/peru) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/pakistan) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/saudi-arabia) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/ukraine) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/argentina) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/icozy-wi-fi-picture-frame-lGig/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
