ACTIVEER DE APP 
1. Download de ICS Creditcard app op uw toestel. 
2. Vul uw Card- en adresgegevens in. 
3. Vul de verificatiecodes in die u via e-mail en sms ontvangt. 
4. Maak een foto van uw identiteitsbewijs en scan de NFC chip

Sinds de nieuwe lay-out van de App kan ik niet bijna niet meer inloggen. En wanneer ik het probeer zie ik de foutmelding: “0000, sorry, something went wrong.”

Vorige app was prettig in gebruik, de nieuwe erg onoverzichtelijk en onhandig. Bijvoorbeeld: Niet automatisch Face ID, daarna een overzicht met incl oude creditcards waar je je actieve kaart moet kiezen, laatste transacties beperkt zichtbaar en je moet ‘Bekijk alles’ tikken, Geld bijstorten laat niet zien welk bedrag open staat,  enz. Hier is de plank misgeslagen

Sinds de vernieuwde app moet ik standaard twee keer achter elkaar inloggen. Heel irritant en hierdoor werkt de nieuwe app uiteindelijk net zo traag als de vorige.

Normaal gesproken fijne app. Na enkele updates lukt inloggen niet. Heel vervelend want zo heb je niks aan de app.

Ik begreep niet meteen wanneer ik op ‘Activatie ’ moest klikken en wanneer ik op ‘Identificatie’ moest klikken. Enkele professionele woorden.

Na activering wordt de kaart weergegeven als geblokkeerd, ik wacht even. Update: na 5 minuten werd de kaart geactiveerd.

Ik zou graag een eenvoudigere en vriendelijkere interface willen.

Met de nieuwe versie van de ios app gaat van alles mis. Aanloggen met code vraagt ie 2 keer dezelfde code. Bij bijstorten vanaf de bankrekening kom je niet meer in de app als zijnde betaald terug. Geef mij die oude maar.

Nieuwe look om de nieuwe look, zo voelt deze update aan. Wat een ongelooflijke misser dat dit weer zo’n app is is die dark mode niet als optie geeft, maar gewoon systeeminstellingen volgt. Dale mode is niet altijd wenselijk, zoals in deze app, waarin dark mode vooral een vreselijke combinatie van licht- en donkerblauw is, waar niks overzichtelijks of rustigs aan is. Veel te fel, onsamenhangend en druk. Wat een misser. 

Inloggen met gezichtsherkenning werkt niet soepel, bij openen app lijkt gezicht herkend te worden, maar vervolgens gebeurt er diners en liet je handmatig op de gezichtsherkenningsknop drukken.

Net twee maal geprobeerd om een transactie goed te keuren. Alles lijkt goed gegaan maar de transactie is niet verwerkt en ook niet zichtbaar in de App. Moet ik even wachten, of...? Vorig jaar in het buitenland ook al 'gedoe' gehad met een betaling.

Snel inloggen zoals bij de Rabo bankapp lukt nog steeds niet.

Na de updat moet men zelfs twee keer de vingerprintbutton indrukken, voordat deze geactiveerd wordt.

Gewoon je code invoeren gaat nog steeds sneller.

De nieuwe app is er niet overzichtelijker op geworden. Mag wel zeggen slechter. Ook “dark mode” is slecht geïmplementeerd. 

Wensen: 
- standaard inloggen met faceID en alles wat met instellingen en/of betalen te maken heeft met wachtwoord (zie ook ING app).

- complete maand overzicht weer terug. Zie nu alleen de laatste betalingen, maar niet die van de gehele maand.

- aanmaken van virtuele creditcard codes voor betalingen op websites en/of abonnementen. 

- betere implementatie van dark mode. Dit is echt heel slecht gedaan. Ook graag de keuze laten bij de gebruiker i.p.v. klakkeloos systeeminstellingen volgen.

- app gebruiken op meerdere devices (al is het maar voor het overzicht van betalingen en saldo).

Ik vind de nieuwe app geen verbetering. Gezichtsherkenning werkt niet in één keer (moet nog een keer extra klikken).
Op de eerste pagina staan niet alle transactie die relevant zijn voor de huidige periode (moet weer doorklikken naar “alles zichtbaar”.
De vorige versie heeft wat mij betreft een betere user experience.

Ze hebben de langdradige animatie uit de vorige versie weggehaald 🎉. App start een stuk sneller op. Helaas moet ik nu altijd twee keer Face ID afwachten omdat de eerste keer niks doet. Pas bij de tweede opent de app. Het overzicht van betalingen heeft een “laad meer” knop gekregen. Toon gewoon direct alles van de laatste maand.
