## ID Assist Mobile Reviews in Canada

### **--- "Update broke it"
This app was great, now can’t access anything. You log in and it just boots you to the main page again.
-- Duke1789, 2024-12-04

### *---- "The app is unstable again"
The app is unstable again
-- Gerry’sB, 2024-07-05

### *---- "Horrible"
The app is horrible. It refreshes constantly (every 3-4 seconds) kicking you back to the home page. I need to report fraud and the people on the phone keep asking me for information that I can’t confirm because this app won’t let me access my own alert information.
-- Drumtome, 2024-07-04

### **--- "Glitchy App"
Non-Stop glitching, can barely get in through app never mind going through the browser which gives me a network connection error when notification of credit report is available to access….fix the problem
-- Seisguy1, 2024-04-10

### *---- "Worse than penis cancer"
Been a paying customer for over a year but the app has never worked, never has been a issue considering I only check every few months… but finding out that this sad excuse of an app is still nonexistent was hilarious when I finally did decided to try the app again
-- x7vega, 2023-12-06

### *---- "Worthless app"
Honestly, after the last update, this app is unusable. It gives me a white screen after touching the app logo from the home screen. It used to work great and was a great app to use. Now I cannot even login. I would recommend using the website instead of this app. I expected better from this developer, unless this is fixed (which I doubt it will be fixed) I am staying clear of this app.
-- ChrisLungRuffian, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Glitch central"
The service is good for what it is but this app is garbage.
It’s constantly refreshing it’s self making logging in or managing anything near impossible.

Would recommend using the service on your browser
-- Breeboi_j, 2023-11-21

### *---- "App won’t load"
Page loads blank. Can’t even log in… purely white screen completely unacceptable.
-- TylerDCA, 2023-11-19

### *---- "Trash App"
What an unmitigated disaster of a piece of junk. I haven’t been able to load this app in months. When I was able to get it to load, it was always glitchy and slow. I actually don’t know why I pay for this service anymore. They send out nonesense emails telling you that you’ve been breached, you go on web version because mobile app doesn’t load, to find that there’s no emergency, it’s just a super late notification.
Developers, it’s time to step it up. We’re paying for this crap.
-- srtbull, 2023-11-10

### *---- "App still isn’t fixed 4 months kater"
The app is frustrating to use, after signing in and using it if you go back into the app a few weeks later all you get is a white screen, this means you need to delete the app and redownload it and sign in again and guaranteed a few days later the same thing will happen requiring the same workaround. Fix the damn app please it’s been 4 months
-- Langolier2408, 2023-11-02
