## ID PT Description
The ID PT App offers you all of the amazing services we offer in-person right on your phone or tablet! 

Patients can access personalized exercises for their home-program to continue progress outside of the clinic. 

TRAINING
You can perform a multi-day training program, written by your Doctor of Physical Therapy, to train on your own in the gym with video and written instructions all aimed at maintaining or progressing your health. 

KEY FEATURES
1) Video instructions for each exercise to ensure proper form. 
2) Additional text instructions for extra guidance. 
3) Exercise library of 300+ rehab-specific movements. 
4) Included library of 1000+ gym specific exercises. 
5) Programming done specifically for you by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 
6) Growing library of additional exercises and instructions to stay modern and evolving. 
7) Ability to stay out of pain and train in the gym. 

OPTIONS: 
Access to your personalized rehab exercises comes included with all Care Plans to ensure successful outcomes and reach your goals. 

Virtual Programming is an amazing option for patients who have completed their Care Plans to get back to exercising in the gym without the risk of re-injuring themselves.
