In the very beginning I had a little problem setting it up. The problem I had was linked to how the pharmacy had entered my email address initially. When entering my email the pharmacy had inserted a space at the end where there shouldn’t have been one. After that everything worked great. If you’re having problems I would strongly suggest you contact the app developers directly. They’re great at answering their emails quickly. I use this app at least once a week and it works great every time. -- woodjo, 2024-12-07 ### **--- "Works well…when it works" Sometimes the app works great, making it convenient to refill prescriptions. Other times, I try to do a refill and it takes me to a blank screen that tries to load unsuccessfully. It just spools endlessly and I can’t leave the screen. The only “fix” is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which gets really annoying after a while. -- I never post reviews but, 2024-09-25 ### *---- "Frustrating" My pharmacy complained when I used this for a refill because it sent them a strange fax. They told me to ensure I was using the right app. There doesn’t appears to be another one, and I tried changing settings. There’s too many errors this app for it to be useable, and I can’t even delete my account from it.
