### *---- "Still having problems logging in"
Thank you for resolving otp error issue. However, logging in is still very frustrating! After changing password a few times, still unable to access. Keeps saying wrong username/password. There is no way of knowing whether password change was successful or otherwise as there are no email or info being given in reponse to changing the passwords. Why do you even need our email if you are not informing such vital information regarding the accounts/password change etc.? Please do something about this. Please improve!
