## iDDL USA Description
Mobile Warrior created iDDL USA from the perspective of the driver.  Many other systems have created their systems based on the equipment, i.e. Power Unit & Trailer.  As a result, many systems hardwire their black box and tablet directly into the Power Unit.  Our solution, right down to the black box (ELD device), is portable and easily changed by the driver to a new unit, such as a rental truck, if needed.  

Here are some of the advantages of the iDDL USA driver log system:

•	An e-log HOS system that is adjustable like a paper log (less the eraser marks)
o	The number one reason we hear from drivers that are hesitant to move from paper logs is that they cannot make changes or correct mistakes as needed.  That is not the case with our system.  If you forgot to go off duty after a long week on the road that is easily updated without external assistance.
•	Flexible: We can accommodate nearly any logging workflow – effortlessly
o	Tracking IFTA is easy and even automated with our ELD system.  
o	Need to photo-document a truck issue, documents, receipts or other paper items?  You can attach those within our system by using the camera or scanned image making tracking easy.
•	Compliance and reporting are the heart of iDDL USA.
o	Reports on driver logs, inspections, and others as dictated in the future are available to be printed (printer required), emailed, as a PDF, and shown on screen.  
o	We sync with the cloud for access to records requested in a DOT audit without the driver needing to regularly send their logs in or the company having to scan and/or archive them.
o	If a truck fails inspection the mechanic can login to our admin web portal once repairs are complete and perform a passed inspection.

•	OPTIONAL: Add our fully featured in-cab Bluetooth device for 100% ELD Compliance.
o	We provide an affordable, custom-built, portable black box (ELD device) that seamlessly connects with your phone or tablet via Bluetooth which in turn syncs with the cloud providing compliance with the upcoming ELD Mandate from the FMCSA.

Let me say first, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT APP! However, no where in ANY of the description does the maker of this app say it is SUBSCRIPTION BASED! And $14.95 USD a month is more then QUALCOMM charges. Deleted for deceptive business practices.

The is a simple app for logging and organizing other daily records. It's not sold as an electronic log, but sure beats a pen and paper. At a roadside inspection last week, the officer said it was fine. Customer support is the best I have had from any app.

Despite constant updates this app continues to lock up.  Loses your information. And after speaking with several DOT officers it is completely useless since it is not a legal log.  DOT WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS AS YOUR DAILY LOG!!!  Ask questions and check it out for yourself!!  

My company insists we use this app to submit our logs yet DOT says it is not legal. The company will not back up any log violations as a result of using this app.

I have been using this app on my iPhone for about year and it has improved since it's original version. It's very well put together strait forward and the log info is more than enough to satisfy any DOT officer but what I really like about this app is that I don't have to pull out the pen and a ruler every single time I stop customer service is very good always got a response back
