Utterly useless app. Tech support no help. Will return and replace with Hive or Nest. Zero stars.
The worst thing we’ve ever had. Constantly shows as offline, disconnects to synchronise multiple times a day. It really is the worst thing ever. Who wants a heating system that constantly shows as offline and constantly syncs multiple times a day every day. Wouldn’t choose to ever have it again.
Can’t even register as it won’t send a verification email.
Whoever made this app should hang their head in shame, quit the tech world and go work in a pet store…as a hamster. If someone said they would pay me £1million to make a heating schedule so complicated you’re unable to use it i don’t think I could have come up with this. I’m sure it’s a joke.
This app needs updating for facial recognition & password remembering, as you have to continuously input email & passwords when your phone restarts.
When will the timing out issues be resolved? It’s timed out more than you can actually use the app! It’s so frustrating
This is easily the worst app that I have the displeasure of using. It isn’t user friendly and many of the functions e.g. copying a heating event to anther day, don’t work! Hoped it would improve over time, but alas now. Also has a habit of locking you out frequently.
Although it says free app it’ll cost you £49 to unlock all its features. Rip off. Wish I’d brought a boiler that was hive compatible.
This app just isn’t worth having, it’s more offline than on!!! I paid £49.99 for the pleasure of endless frustration.
