## Ideal Touch Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "No longer works"
This app stopped working so called Ideal boilers to be told ‘as we no longer manufacture the Touch thermostat, we can’t help you’. Not exactly ‘Ideal’!
-- hackedoff!, 2025-11-19

### *---- "Could be really good but …"
This app could be great but unfortunately it keeps signing me out of, therefore in gps mode sometimes the heating stays on when I leave the house !
-- Jondwilly, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Do not buy one of these boilers"
Useless never connects, logs you out, server always go down therefore your left with no heating terrible terrible app and boiler😡😡😡
-- Mc-1965, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Update"
This really needs an update, always logging me out of my account. Functions need to be made smoother.

The fact it has not been updated in 4 years says it all for a big organisation like Ideal surprised more finances have not been allocated to improving this product.
-- Fdgicdwyuud, 2024-02-02

### *---- "Rubbish App"
I have been in Technology all my working life and have never seen an application so poor .

As usual as soon as the clocks go back or forward , you can guarantee that someone has not taken this into account and the server fails .. Probably won’t be fixed until Tuesday.

Full of bugs and hasn’t been enhanced for years .. I hope Ideal are not paying their App support company to much money !!
-- bald eagle1111, 2023-10-29

### *---- "UPDATE THE APP"
This app needs an update to solve the bugs, forgetting about customers because you have a more expensive “smarter” solution isn’t good customer service. 0 stars rating
-- Higheerrrr, 2022-11-02

### *---- "Does not work"
This app really needs an update. Whatever time or temperature you set it at on the app, it just changes it to what it feels like moments later. You would think they would update it with the amount you pay for the product. Pretty poor service from ideal.
-- snakes on a Shane, 2022-01-14

### *---- "Waste of time!"
Absolutely rubbish, doesn’t do what you ask it to do, very rarely stays connected!!
-- momma haynes, 2021-10-31

### *---- "Crap app that’s what it should be called!!"
Never works, always a problem. Wish I had the Worcester boiler now!!!!!
-- 😩🥲🤬🤦‍♀️, 2021-03-28

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Regret asking for a smart device when fitting replacement boiler. This is terrible. When I want to use the app it never remembers password so I have to type it in (and remember what I set it to) so rather than a simple few clicks to update settings it takes a lot on more effort. Often changes made in the app never make it to the boiler so you end up using the battery hungry room stat instead. Few updates for the app make me think fixes are not coming anytime soon. I’m also not sure how easy it would be to replace this with an alternative controller due to the way it integrates with the boiler. This should be avoided.
