 There are no reviews of any properties, previous tenants etc.
There is no information on the history or workings or staff of idealista. 
There are no means to pay and no explanation of how and who to pay.
Makes me feel like the whole site is a scam.
Very suspicious, do not feel confident booking on this site.

A horrible design, but that’s subjective, so not very useful.

Feature wise it’s sadly lacking in the commercial department. Trespaso values should be a compulsory requirement for publishing a commercial property. This would allow filterable commercial property results for properties with or without trespaso, or properties with trespaso within a certain value. 

The trespaso is about the single most important piece of information required when looking for a commercial property. And these guys have managed to ignore it, which is impressive and hard to fathom. 

I’m looking for a commercial space without a trespaso - and I don’t have that filter option. My inbox fills up daily with commercial properties with a trespaso, some of the trespaso values are hidden deep in the unshown text about the property. 

It’s a splendid way to waste huge amounts of many people’s time.

True story.

I found a house to buy, a dream house, via this app.

In (what I think) is the best area in Barcelona.

Usually houses here go for millions.

But I found this place I could afford, because it was in need of total renovation, and maybe nobody else wanted to take the project on.

An affordable price, and the costs of a modest renovation on top, and I am living in a dream area and a dream house, a house I found on Idealista.
