In ios app user is not navigating from previous policy details page to next page when user click on confirm & Proceed button. Loader is showing continuously and not able to cancel. We have to kill the application if we want to use

Thay hold payout in a year four time feb march oct and December every year , i see more then four years , and say it’s calculations mistake pls forgot your payout. Firstly you pay here platform fees for online policies after that when you redeem pay 35 to 89 per reedem and not forgot to pay for marketing 1 to 3 % from your payout after all that in a year four time your payout calculations are wrong and forget all your money and do work for next month to increase pos income.

I am trying to be a posp agent. System and incompetent staffs cannot recognize CAMBRIDGE BOARD. I am waiting for 2 days now where the app says it generally takes 24 hours to complete the verification. 

A lady named Neha who claims to help me in onboarding the app. And every time she is failing to do her work. 

Additionally the posp onboarding helpline. I waited for 1hour 17minutes but nobody received the call. 

This is not a joke. People here are incompetent and nobody cares. Don’t know how are they manage with their customers.

Overall App is good but sometimes it doesn’t work like normal app , you can not go to previous page while watching the pyp or issued policy, sometimes it hangs the mob while seeing the premium and also sometimes it doesn’t work good and get too slow or you have to close the app and then restart it and have to start from zero again many times. 
Platform fees is too high then competitive POS apps first they cut platform fees while making payment and then at the time of withdrawal they take upto 78 rs platform fees thats not fare.
It looks like the company wants only fees nothing else
