## IdentityForce Reviews in United States

### *---- "Super buggy"
Just keeps loading the pin screen over and over again
-- Euboat, 2025-10-25

### *---- "Goodbye"
I’ve never liked the fact that you’re now owned by TransUnion, but I kept using you out of laziness. When I started trying to interact more with your service, I realized just how bad your app and website really are. When I came across a technical issue with your service, your “support” was slow and worthless. I’d been your customer for many years, but no more. You finally drove me to look at alternatives and I’ve now replaced you.
-- _ChuckG_, 2025-09-26

### *---- "App stuck in perpetual loop"
The app is broken, caught in a perpetual loop between facial recognition and PIN screens. It hasn’t worked for ages; I can’t fathom why the money we pay for this service supports a developer who obviously isn’t maintaining the app. I’ve given up all hope this will ever be fixed, and am looking for a different company to protect my identity. After all, if they aren’t paying attention to this, what else are they turning a blind eye to?
-- Paper_Queen, 2025-09-19

### *---- "Major glitches"
Every time I try to open up the app, it asked me for my passcode, which I try to put in. It keeps. It keeps cycling and cycling, and doesn’t let me open. I I will change my review if it gets fixed I’m paying every month.
-- Pekas!, 2025-09-15

### **--- "Please Fix App"
The app is currently unusable. It repeatedly tries to verify Face ID over and over so that you cannot use the app. Please correct this issue. It has been going on off and on for a while now.
-- Ukisrrtcx276, 2025-08-28

### **--- "Unable to use"
As others have mentioned it consistently throws a face recognition prompt and will not let you read any alerts via the app. It’s been this way for a while now, please fix and I will be more than happy to update this review.
-- tbollhofer2, 2025-08-04

### *---- "Unable to use app"
Unable to use the app due to it constantly popping up face recognition to login. Every second or so keeps popping up. Uninstalled due to not getting past the opening of the app.
-- Blaze0341, 2025-07-02

### *---- "Bugs."
Does the app ever work? I can’t get it to load without constantly asking for my pin or Face ID. And if it does the moment you move to another page it completely goes blank and never loads.
-- GinaBoBeanna, 2025-06-03

### *---- "Many problems"
Login loops unpredictably, several tabs give blank screens, cannot see payment history
-- waterwaytek, 2025-05-25

### *---- "Terrible App/Website"
Please fix this very glitchy app and website. The app and website looks like it was built in the 1990’s. Please fix and make modern and more efficient. I pay so much money for this service you are disappointing me and everyone who spends money on this service. Please fix asap and start caring about your customers. I beg you please fix and acknowledge. Do better !
