## iDev Plus Description
i-Dev Plus is an action learning based development journey delivered on a mobile device. It focuses on the completion of the 70% component of the 70-20-10 model of development, which is on-the-job learning. In this program the action learning part of the IDP is broken down into interesting actions delivered in a micro/byte size-format through the mobile app. These actions are tracked through the IDP tracker by the learner’s manager also via the Mobile App, ensuring high adherence to the program. i-Dev Plus can be customized to a company’s competency framework or can complement the existing leadership training initiatives, workshops or e-learning programs (which largely focuses on the 10% of the 70-20-10 model).

## iDev Plus Reviews in India

### *---- "Poor UI and UX in addition to performance"
Extremely poor interface, looks like they have just added slates. Very baad user experience, hangs a lot
-- Vivekggoyal, 2023-04-09

### **--- "Not opening"
The app is not responding. I have updated to the latest version. But still it continues
-- Jeya1991, 2021-10-02

### ***** "Not restarting now"
The issue got fixed, working nicely now.
-- Abhishek9044, 2021-07-12

### ****- "Navigation needs improvement"
Navigation is not easy at all. A personal progress chart is needed along with a daily use tracker to show how the app is being used by me. Leaderboard is not useful. Provide a central dashboard. It will ease it out. And don’t move completed modules somewhere else, it’s Counter-intuitive.
Bookmark ability should be provided for specific pages inside modules since all modules contain one or the other interesting pages. Only Bookmarking entire module makes no sense. Both should be available.
-- User09CYQP, 2021-04-28

### *---- "Jombay app"
Very poor for iOS
-- sandykjha, 2021-02-14

### ***-- "Constant challenges"
Thanks for releasing last bug fix. However, now the app doesn't get opened. Only keeps refreshing. Kindly look into entire set up for iOS.
-- Vidhu03, 2020-10-17

### ****- "Need requirement to improve!!!"
Module upcoming date has been passed but I am not able to get into it.
-- arpitkanojiya, 2020-09-23

### ***** "Awesome learning app"
Great learning app
-- abhijeetthorat, 2020-09-03

### ***** "Not restarting now, working after update"
Thanks,
Working app after update.
-- Arun Jangid, 2020-09-03

### ***** "Slick app with intuitive interface"
Amazing app with a great learning experience. There was a phone restart issue which I didn’t face after an update.
