FASTag is a prepaid tag that enables seamless, cash-less transactions with automatic deduction of toll charges while passing through a toll plaza. It is linked to a prepaid account from which the applicable toll amount is deducted. The tag employs Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and is affixed on the vehicle's windscreen after the tag account is active.
With the IDFC FIRST Bank FIRSTforward FASTag, you can enjoy hassle-free and cashless travel on highways, parking lots, and fuel stations. And with the FIRSTforward FASTag app, you can also track your FASTag transactions, balance, and status anytime and anywhere.

The application is having one of the best interface and really very convenient to be honest.
I given 1 star because when i open the application it shows pool account balance widget on the home screen but doesn’t show the you current individual fastag balance. 
Please add a widget for individual fastag balance too or a feature to choose which balance user would like to see on the home screen.
Hope this helps a lot of users that might be facing this issue.

Love the new design. It is more intuitive. I have two recommendations:

If I only have one vehicle, it doesn’t make any sense to use pool account. Seeing individual tag/vehicle balance should be more easy. You can provide option to swipe the “Pool Account Balance” banner on Home to display some favourites vehicles or all vehicles balance.

A recent consolidated transactions shortcut on home would be appreciated as well.

This is one of the worst app I have seen in a long time. Development team should be ashamed of themselves. Random error popping up. Tried multiple things 1. Adding a username gave “Error” after OTP submission 2. Unable to add vehicle number, everytime validate OTP button is clicked, random error comes back. No testing has been done in this app. Closing my fastag now, pathetic bank and app.

Pathetic customer care experience. This was my first time dealing with IDFC FIRST Bank. I applied for a FASTag, and while the application process was smooth, the shipment experience has been a complete headache.

I received an AWB number via SMS, but when I tracked it, the status showed “Rejected AWB Inscanned” for three straight days. I contacted IDFC FASTag customer care, and the executive checked the details and saw the same issue herself. However, when I asked her to raise a complaint, she refused and told me I had to wait seven working days before they could take any complaint.

What kind of customer care is this? The executive could clearly see that there was already an issue with the shipment, yet instead of helping or escalating it, I was told to suffer for seven days and only then could a complaint be filed. On top of that, I was expected to contact the logistics partner myself to find out what was wrong.

A bitter first experience with IDFC. I would not recommend IDFC FASTag because of such pathetic customer support.

### *---- "False Toll Deduction and Worst Customer Support"
I had one of the worst experiences with IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag. My vehicle was parked outside my house, yet toll was deducted twice from my FASTag account (₹665 + ₹45). This is a serious system failure.

When I reported the issue through email, instead of investigating the incorrect toll deduction, the support team kept asking for unnecessary documents like front and rear photos of the vehicle, RC copy, and other details. Customers should not have to prove their innocence for a mistake made by your system.

Wrong toll deductions and poor customer support have completely destroyed my trust in this FASTag service. I would never recommend IDFC FIRST FASTag to anyone until they improve their system and customer grievance process.

There isno support from this bank when you sale your car, the game start now , they dont give any suport from their local branch, today i am at patan, gujarat branch i just want to close my fast tag because there is some issue when i am doing online by my self , may be i did mustake or some system error , so i visited here in41 degre temp .  but in they even just said we dont have rights, my que is if your desk how may help you not doing there job . Then it was there ? Is for only legal compliance purpose ? Bcoz if i want buy fast tag then they agresivly jump and help wothout any rights? So if not usefull then remove it and save the cost, by the way that lady is not a helping employee??  At least she can guide. And dear all fast tagbuyer dont bh fast tag when you want to close your fast tag they only send otp otp and otp no closing support system by them .
