TRANSACTIONS DO NOT GO THROUGH
I am sorry to write this feedback but IDFC Bank is the worst bank that one can deal with. There’s no transparency, no accountability, if one wants to do IMPS transactions, it still picks NEFT as default mode for transactions. Amount to be transferred from overseas takes its own sweet time. Absolutely pathetic service. Transaction failure is very high if one tries to make payment from some other bank!
The best banking app
I have used multiple apps and IDFC has by far the best user experience. I am using the app to manage my day to day payments and transfers. UI is quite simple and intuitive.
ASBA IPO application
Since there is multiple Account and multiple DPI. I suggest to identify bank account with DPI to avoid mistake. I have recently added new DP ID and the default new ID was taken with the existing account and the application was rejected
Transaction check bar update
Last application idfc have great transactions serching bar but after update it made very complicated
