## Idira Identity Description
The Idira® Identity mobile app (formerly CyberArk Identity) provides secure access to your organization's applications and resources from your mobile device.

The Idira Identity mobile app provides the following benefits:

• Workforce Password Management (WPM) to securely view, manage or copy web application credentials and secured item details on the go while keeping business secrets encrypted and protected.
• Single sign-on (SSO) access to all cloud and on-premises applications while giving IT the security and compliance they need.
• Multifactor authentication (MFA) via single-tap, one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and Apple Watches to better protect corporate data.

Before you install this application, verify that your company licenses the Idira Identity service. To sign in, use the standard authentication credentials for the Idira Identity Security Platform.

This app is awful! It’s glitchy, it requires you to sign in more than once if you’re trying to use it and it’ll glitch and erase your deliveries before you’ve had the chance to sync them. It’s given me nothing but issues since I’ve started using it. 
If it wasn’t required I’d use something else!!!!!

I have to use this for work every  single day and it’s horrible. Geolocation almost never works even thought my location is on for safari. When I try to approve a job it does not register correctly. So I don’t get an option to sign out. Have to call my boss and give them my hours and it’s a mess. I can’t track my hours at all and always have problems with authentication and logging in. And It opens 100s of tabs open on safari for the app. I hate this.

I absolutely hate this app. I’m a owner of a health care agency and I have to use this app to stay in compliance, but two to three times a week I can’t login! I am constantly getting a pop up saying a error occurred while starting this application!! Then it send you to a link for common issues using tech terms I do not understand !!

I was forced to install this app in order for me to keep working. They said it would be easier to track and log my hours. Now I am not getting paid for last month due to authentication process not working. My bosses are trying everything they can to get it working but support has no reasonable solution and most of them just pass the buck without even giving me my claim number. This is the worst. How do your company get this contract. Corruption is a foot.
