Makes you buy tickets to play the game and crashes the game so the ticket gets lost. No refund

Events are good but sparse.

Love the game. Have had it for years no complaints for a long time. But with the new event,which is the only one I like it crashes so much and I lose my score. Idk why. It’s frustrating me.

Too many ads

Every ten seconds an ad pops up. The game would be fun but I can’t find out because EVERY TEN SECONDS AN AD POPS UP!

I am beyond frustrated with the refund process for this app. Over the past several months, I have encountered multiple issues with the app—glitches, features not working as advertised, and even instances where purchases were charged incorrectly. Each time, I filed for a refund, only to be met with denial after denial. What’s worse is that the total amount in dispute is now in the hundreds of dollars, yet they refuse to acknowledge the problems or provide any resolution. I’ve documented the app’s issues and followed every step of their refund policy, but nothing seems to make a difference. It feels like they’re deliberately avoiding accountability. The lack of customer support is shocking. No proper explanation is given for the denials, and they completely disregard any evidence I’ve submitted. For a company to ignore their own technical issues and refuse to process legitimate refunds is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disappointed in a service I once trusted. If you’re considering using this app or making in-app purchases, think twice. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help or fairness when it comes to getting your money back.
