Optional ads, continuous fun grinding and pixel art charm this game hits all the spots I want from a phone game. I've gotten so tired of games with constant ads, boring gameplay with 0 personality Idle Slayer has been such a refreshing take on the idle clicker genre. 

HUGE shoutout to the devs for putting this much effort into this it's really become my new go to game 🙏🏻

This review is gonna be quick. I though this game would have a amazing story line, adventure and so on like any other adventure game. The review sounded promising but it was like cookie clicker but with jumping mechanics slaying monsters and mini-bosses (kinda). To be honest though it was fairly addicting until I had to restart all my work to to get a better skill stat or whatever it’s called. So I wasted my time just to restart (unlike cookie clicker I must say). Overall the game is good for heavy grinders and if you want to afk beware you’ll have to restart most of your work then get good again to afk.

P.S the graphics are great, just the gameplay I don’t like. BTW THIS IS ALL OPINION IF YOU LIKE GRINDING YOUR LIFE OUT GO FOR IT

Firstly amazing game 10/10 would and have recommend. 

Secondly there is one thing that can make this game much more user friendly (in my opinion) which is the ability to upgrade every item equally with the push of a single button OR a button where you can upgrade your best equipment instead of constantly scrolling down right after you have ascended. 
Thirdly if possible make the Crafting more rewarding or easier to craft because going through multiple portals and spending multiple days grinding for materials just to get slightly bigger storage is very annoying and tedious but it might just be my skill issue. 

Lastly include more Easter eggs, it’s always exciting to find something hidden in the main menu 

Thank you for making such a great game and for giving me a reason to keep pushing :)

I have played Idle Slayer for a hot second now. I have at this moment in time reached Ascensions and the Crafting system. Along with I believe beginning with the actual Lore side of the game. (Props to you for the Shove Knight Collaboration) I just have one issue with the game… and that is how long it takes to begin. I was originally drawn to the game because of the lore aspect, if I didn’t know any better I would have potentially given up early. (So how do I think we can solve this?)
I think when you first boot up the game you should get a glimpse of some sort of the lore and the journey ahead. I think that would incentivise more players to continue until the point in which the story begins. This way it is not needed to swap out a core pacing feature of the game.

Secondly, jewel of souls or the premium currency. I feel like it should be mentioned that free to play players should be told they can obtain them through various methods. (I only found them through Daily Quest Dragon eggs.)

Lastly, the portal and dimensions. I like the concept of the idea but exclusively for the shovel knight collab, I recommend still being able to use to portal to get to camp. Waiting hours for portal regen just to go to camp for the next bit of dialogue and the quest can be a bit tedious at times. Especially if you are farming materials and need a specific dimension.

Apart from that it is sad to see that this game is not as popular as it should be due to the simple fact the “Idle” Genre is usually shrouded with the ad ridden and lazy types of games. In which this is truly a gem in the collection.

Although I am not a developer and have no idea how these things work I do hope that these suggestions would be considered.
